Our nightguards and occlusal guards can bring relief to patients that are experiencing discomfort due to bruxing and grinding. Our night guards are carefully designed to protect your patient’s teeth and restorations and are custom made to your prescribed bite. Nova Dental Art night guards can be made soft, hard or hard / soft, in accordance with your prescription.
HARD NIGHT GUARD
Designed to protect the dentition, it can be worn during the day or at night to provide occlusal comfort. We fabricated it for precise fit, and providing maximum rigidity and strength. Nevertheless, we don’t recommend it for patients with cosmetic restorations.
HARD/SOFT NIGHT GUARD
This Night Guard has a soft liner overlay reproduction of the current dental arch form, with an added layer of hard acrylic to provide a flat occlusal plane. It has an even thickness, is contoured to replicate the arch form, and has a flat plane added
SOFT NIGHT GUARD
This all-flexible EVA material is used in cases with sensitive or missing teeth, or an unusual draw. It is also used for athletic Mouthguards. The standard, even thickness is 3mm, and thickness can be added by request. It is soft/flexible in the mouth and contoured.
SPORTS GUARD / ACTION GUARD
Sports Guards are fabricated from sturdy yet pliable materials, with the goal of safety for the teeth of athletes. This product is available in several different types of styles to suit your patient’s needs, ranging from a single-layered sports guard to a triple-layered sports guard.
Bleaching Tray
We exclusively use Erkoform from Erkodent as our Stent blank supplier ensuring the best possible result for all protective and preventative cases. For Bleaching, we utilize the foam covered stents which we believe produce the best bleaching results and can be used with many of the products available for at-home bleaching.
